​REFUND POLICY RULES

CANCELLATION OF ENROLLMENT – VISA REJECTION

Upon the declaration of the failed application to the student; the student or authorized representative must:

• Sign the student letter of cancellation provided by the College for affirmation.

• Upon signing of the letter, the 20-working days policy rule will be initiated.

• An amount of AED. 6,000 comprising (Admission Fee of Aed. 2,000 and Visa accumulated expenses of Aed. 4,000) as stated in the signed Letter of Intent (LOI) during the registration is a definite deduction from the total amount paid.

• If and when the student participates in classes during the application process; an amount corresponding to the length of study will also be deducted, calculated as per the value of the program.

• The Statement of Account will be presented to the student or authorized representative for mutual confirmation verified by affixing signature of confirmation.

• The refund will be in a form of Bank transfer applicable to students inside / outside Dubai or CASH to be handed over to the student or authorized representative in Dubai if the student or representative proving that they do not have bank account.
