1. Is there any Age Limit for Student Visa Issuance?
 

Answer:
 

Yes, regardless of gender; the student applicant must be below 30 years old.
 

2. Lost Educational Certificate / Transcript of Record or incapacity to submit this major requirement for Visa application; would it be possible to get a Visa Approval?

Answer:


This will fall on special case basis. The College will undergo the normal procedure by submitting all the necessary documents for Visa Application. Although, only the Government Immigration sector is the only  means of granting the approval; hence the College has no power to neither  push nor dictate.
 Before the procedure of the application will initiate or upon the enrollment;  the student will sign a LETTER OF INTENT (LOI)  address to College giving  rights to deduct all the incurred expenses during the length of the procedure.
 

3.  How long will it take to get the Visa Approval?

Answer:


Upon completion of all the necessary documents for the application; the procedure will normally take 30 - 40 working days to acquire the STUDENT ENTRY PERMIT.  However, there is a variation of time frame according to  nationalities. Asians and westerns can easily get their visas compared to other nationalities which has minimum 3 days.

This Entry permit will serves as the temporary Residence Visa of the student. Indeed, the student can proceed with his/ her Medical test and Emirates ID which will run 2-3 working days to get the result. Upon getting the Medical result, Visa Stamping is the last procedure.


4. Is transferable visa accepted?


Answer:


CICD is under Tecom jurisdiction. Unfortunately in this sector, there is no transfer of visa. Aspiring student need to cancel their existing visa in order to apply for a new. This is a vice-versa for students who want to transfer their visa from CICD to other colleges or universities.

5.   How is the process of terminating the on-going visa procedure?


Answer:


(1) The student must present a formal written request for cancellation to the administration department of the college
(2) The college will prepare all the documentation and execute the procedure of cancellation to the governing bodies.

A cancellation fee will be charged against the student for this process. It has approximately Aed. 390 ( varies according to Tecom rules ).
 

6. Is penalty of the expired visa will still accumulate even Student Visa is on process?

Answer:


Yes, visa is the sole document of every expat to live within the premises  and jurisdiction of Dubai, UAE. Hence, once the visa expires regardless of its kind; penalty will automatically impose. As per  the latest UAE rule; 1st day is AED. 200 and AED.35 on the succeeding day/s.

 

7. What will happen if the Student Visa rejected?


Answer: 


There are 2 options: (1) The student can request a visit visa with maximum 2 months which the college can offer; (2) Declaration of Cancellation of Enrollment.

During the enrollment, a Letter of Intent (LOI) will be presented and thoroughly discussed to the student. This LOI will serve as an agreement between the student and the college of whatever deductions will impose upon cancellation of the enrollment due to visa rejection. This letter will be signed by both parties as valid document.
 

8. Can I apply for another visit visa while the student visa is on-process?


Answer:


Definitely No. During the application of the student visa, your visit visa will be your running permission to stay inside the jurisdiction and sovereignty of Dubai. However, once the visit visa expires while the student visa is still on-process, the student must leave the country otherwise penalty of overstaying will automatically be incurred.

9. Is the college provides transportation?


Answer:


Unfortunately “not yet”. The college has just started to spread its wings. Once enrollment will be greater and demands will be higher; transportation will be arranged accordingly.


10. Does the college can offer accommodation to the student?


Answer:


The college has no facility to accommodate the student; however, the college as part
Of Sama Emirates Investments group which also has a “ Lemar Property” through which we can precisely help the student to find a suitable location for housing.

 

11. Is it possible for the student to attend a class while the student visa on process?


Answer:


The student in his/her own will can definitely attend an on-going class offered by the college. However, the student should be aware that a certain amount will be deducted from her account corresponding to the tuition fee of the attended level.
